Size Selection:
Each product has a size chart attached – please use this size chart as a guideline or reference measurements with your own
Will you restock products that are sold out ?
If an item is marked as “Sold Out” and the item is not removed from online store, there will be a restock of that item. Please do contact our customer service team regarding this.
However if the item is removed from the online store – the item will not be restocked.
Do remember here at Alysu exclusivity is key.

How to place an order:
Simply follow the order prompts
- Select items.
- Add them to your shopping cart.
- Once you have everything you want, click the Proceed to Checkout button
- Fill out the requested details and select your method of payment
- Please note it is very important you provide your contact details (cell phone number & email address)
- Once paid – You will then be taken to an order confirmation page which will give you your order number
- Please forward proof of payment via email.
- Your reference will be your order number.
How do I know AYLSU has received my order?
You will receive an email to the same associated inbox you used in the billing/order details. This email will confirm your order, and payment.

How do I pay for my order ?
Currently you can pay via PayFast:

When will I be charged?
You will be charged upon checkout.
Delivery:
ALYSU offers a nationwide delivery within South Africa at additional R99.
Delivery takes up to 2/3 working days.
Returns/Exchange policy:
ALYSU does not permit refunds.
We allow exchanges of items within 5 days to same value or more (resulting in a pay in by the customer)
We allow exchanges for a credit voucher, to be used within 60 days.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging and form.
Please note that you are responsible for paying your own courier costs for returning your items. Courier fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning an item will be deducted from your refund.
Pop up stores:
Please note pop up stores are independently held usually through a third party or a commission based party therefore online sales & pop up sales are different.
In no way or form can an online purchase be exchanged/returned at a POP UP store – online purchases will have to follow the correct online exchange protocol to exchange an item.
All POP UP sales are final and cannot be exchanged with online merchandise.
